Chief Executive Officer

CT is a jack of all trades with a 25-year career in areas ranging from internal audit to providing business solutions in all respects.

She is also a strong proponent of the farm-to-table movement in Malaysia. She is a founding member of Kebun Republik, a pioneer of the smart farming concept in Langkawi.

Cerby Wong

Chief Financial Officer

Cerby has career experience spanning over 15 years in both internal audit and financial audit with a diverse portfolio of public listed companies. Her familiarity with risk management, corporate governance, financial due diligence and valuation is an asset to the team.

Past Experience and Clients:

  • Engaged in operational audit, risk advisory, and corporate governance compliant review.

  • Developed standard operating procedures for companies in Singapore and Malaysia.

  • Worked with listed companies in various industries across China, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

  • Experience includes manufacturing, trading, water project management, oil and gas project management, IT solutions, medical services, tourism, and more.

  • Conducted financial due diligence and company valuation exercises for manufacturing, project management, and trading industries.

Andy Qi

Chief Business Development Officer

Andy has over 10 years’ experience in internal audit and risk advisory work for public listed companies in Malaysia, Singapore and China. He has also spent over 10 years in consultancy for business development and operations, corporate trading, export, import and business partner sourcing.

Past Experience and Clients:

  • Established and managed a Car Detailing business, Genting Eggventure Land, and an EV Charger business in Malaysia.

  • Engaged in operational audit, risk advisory, and corporate governance compliant review.

  • Developed standard operating procedures for companies in Singapore and Malaysia.

  • Worked with listed companies in various industries across China, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
