Chief Executive Officer

CT is a jack of all trades with a 25-year career in areas ranging from internal audit to providing business solutions in all respects.

She is also a strong proponent of the farm-to-table movement in Malaysia. She is a founding member of Kebun Republik, a pioneer of the smart farming concept in Langkawi.

Dennis Choy

Chief Operating Officer

Dennis has spent 27 years honing his skills in workplace ergonomics and is a specialist in creating agile work environments. He provides smart locker solutions as well as cutting edge security systems to keep the workplace safe and secure. Dennis is an Industry Partner of the Malaysian Institute of Interior Designers.

Chief Financial Officer

Cerby has career experience spanning over 15 years in both internal audit and financial audit with a diverse portfolio of public listed companies. Her familiarity with risk management, corporate governance, financial due diligence and valuation is an asset to the team.

  • Engaged in operational audit, risk advisory, and corporate governance compliant review.

  • Developed standard operating procedures for companies in Singapore and Malaysia.

  • Experience includes manufacturing, trading, water project management, oil and gas project management, IT solutions, medical services, tourism, and more.

Ir. T. Prabakaran

Chief Technical Officer

Ir. Praba has 30 years’ experience as an engineer specialising in the power generation and transmission field. He has handled large scale projects both in Malaysia and overseas, covering power generation from both fossil fuels and renewable energy sources. Ir. Praba is a Registered Chartered Engineer with IET, UK and a Registered Professional Engineer with BEM, Malaysia.

Nicholas Gan

Nicholas has 25 years of experience in the interior design space, specialising in commercial and retail design and build work.

He has advised on several large scale projects within Malaysia and is committed to creating innovative and visually-appealing yet practical solutions.

Arez Ezman

Chief Strategy Officer

Arez has spent 24 years building his reputation as a branding expert and he is recognised as a Registered Industry Expert by the Ministry of Human Resources of Malaysia and is the Vice President of the International Council of Design (ICoD) 2022-2024.

He is adept at crafting brand strategies, corporate identities, and building a social media presence.

Past Experience and Clients:

  • Designed Malaysia’s very first website (malaysia.my) back in 2015 for the Prime Minister’s Office under the 10th Malaysia Plan (RM-10) towards national digitalization.

  • Coordinated and designed a national design campaign and it’s events (Rekanegaraku) to uplift the design industry towards global standards.

  • Rebranded Johor Corporation ((JCORP)) in conjunction with their 50th Anniversary.

  • Designed the official Made Design Festival branding for the Malaysia Design Council (MRM).

  • Developed a National Branding Standard together with SIRIM and the Malaysia Design Council (MRM) towards ISO certification.

  • Developed the National Standard for Graphic Design through the National Occupational Skill Standards (NOSS) and Occupational Analysis (OA) under the Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia (MOHR).
